Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role or a similar customer-facing technical role within a B2B AI/ML environment, holding a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field, and demonstrating experience delivering prototypes or products of Generative AI or traditional ML-based solutions. They must also have experience with LLM tuning, including understanding potential risks, operational challenges, and deployment complexities, along with a strong technical background encompassing cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise software integrations.

Responsibilities

The Founding Sales Engineer will own technical demonstrations, create and deliver compelling product demos tailored to diverse audiences, lead proof-of-concept (POC) deployments ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, guide technical evaluations through security reviews and compliance discussions, collaborate internally with sales, product, and engineering teams to solve technical challenges and influence product development, build technical assets such as demo environments and documentation, support customer onboarding and implementation, identify new use cases and expansion opportunities, and provide expertise in LLM tuning by refining and optimizing large language models while addressing risks and deployment complexities.
