Requirements

Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales experience, 1+ years of Construction industry expertise with previous experience as a construction Project Manager, Site Super, Project Finance Manager, Estimator or Project Engineer, and be a fluent English speaker. Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually, and in writing are also required, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The SMB Customer Success Engineer will make data-driven recommendations to customers on how they can optimize the value of Procore, craft value-based presentations, provide product roadmap updates, drive product demonstrations, provide customer service, foster a positive team culture, develop a mastery of Procore’s products, and travel up to 15% to client sites and industry events. They will also collaborate with Sales, PS, Support, Product, and Marketing to develop best practices and drive Procore’s evolution as a market leader.
