Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies. Experience with Python scripting and API integrations is preferred, and familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial.
The Customer Success Engineer will lead onboarding sessions for customers, develop and deliver tailored training, assist with solution integration including Python scripting, serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshooting, work with internal teams to resolve technical challenges, provide proactive guidance on best practices and upgrades, monitor customer health metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and act as a customer advocate by communicating feedback to product and engineering teams.
