Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in a B2B customer success or relationship management role, ideally from SAAS, cloud, marketing, media, payroll, HR or time & attendance industries. Preferred is a Bachelor’s degree and experience managing and driving success at scale for a large portfolio of customers.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, SMB, you will manage the success of Deputy’s Small Business customers by enabling them to accomplish their desired business outcomes with the platform at scale. You will drive product adoption through proactive touchpoints like webinars, email campaigns, and video content, leveraging data to identify trends and opportunities. You will focus on increasing key metrics such as Adoption (Utilisation Score), Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across the SMB customer segment, advocating for customer feedback internally, and collaborating on projects to improve customer satisfaction and success. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to customers, consulting on Deputy and industry trends.
