Requirements

Candidates must have extensive experience in customer success management, account management, sales, or training, preferably in B2B SaaS or Home Services. A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a proven track record of reducing churn, driving account expansion, and increasing product adoption. The role requires full-time remote work on the East Coast starting at 8am ET, with up to 20% weekday travel. Candidates must be able to rent and drive rental cars and must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will work closely with Conduit’s co-founders to design and implement a cohesive onboarding, training, and support platform. They will own and drive the strategy of onboarding users, ensuring their success on the Conduit Platform. The manager will serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas. They will contribute to organizing Conduit’s Customer Relationship Management system, develop and perform HVAC trainings, and build relationships with clients. Additionally, they will lead on-site rollouts with enterprise customers, support customer service through various communication channels, measure impact using product analytics, and drive customer account growth through data-supported storytelling.
