As an SMB Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of eBay's small and medium-sized business (SMB) sellers. This includes developing and implementing customized business plans, conducting regular business reviews, providing ongoing support and guidance, analyzing customer usage and performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and supporting them with all aspects of their trading activity on eBay.
