Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience implementing Technolutions Slate and proficiency in all major Slate modules, including configuration, forms, events, application setup, materials, checklists, rules, reader, decision processes, source formats, integrations, queries, reports, user permissions, and origin sources. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of configurable joins and Slate's data tables is required, along with the ability to adapt to Slate's evolving capabilities and research best practices. Preferred qualifications include a background in higher education enrollment/advancement operations or systems support, SaaS custom support experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

The Technology Analyst will respond to and resolve support requests via Slate Direct, including escalating issues internally and to Technolutions when necessary, and handle live chat inquiries from Slate Direct Boost clients. They will also schedule and conduct 1:1 support calls, draft and publish documentation in Zendesk, identify training opportunities, and collaborate on training content. Additionally, the analyst will participate in client training sessions, engage in Technolutions community forums by posting tips and answering questions, and perform all work with honesty, integrity, and accountability.
