Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience using Terraform and Puppet to support deployment in an AWS environment, along with professional experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar. Furthermore, they require 3+ years of experience managing and working with Grafana, Prometheus, or other observability platforms, and 3+ years of experience with device management utilizing MDM. A strong foundation in GitOps within a GitHub environment (GHA, GHES, etc.) is also necessary, alongside 3+ years of experience working with security teams to design and implement infrastructure and tooling.
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Reliable Robotics, you will be responsible for the support, monitoring, and evolution of the entire infrastructure used by the company. This includes code review, new infrastructure development, upgrades, service migrations, and advising other teams on secure goal achievement through tooling and infrastructure. You will collaborate with other IT team members, assisting with tools and automation, and addressing issues as needed. Additionally, you will participate in oncall rotations to support infrastructure and tooling, explore new solutions to improve infrastructure while ensuring user, data, and system safety, and package software. Finally, you will work with engineering to identify the source of problems quickly and familiarize yourself with authentication protocols such as OAUTH, SAML, and SSH Certificates.
