Candidates must be US citizens eligible for a low-level security clearance and possess a Bachelor's degree. Required skills include experience with Github Actions, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, AWS GovCloud services (EC2, EKS, ELB, RDS, IAM, S3, KMS, SSM, Secrets Manager), Docker, the ATO review process, security frameworks (VA Fedramp, ATOs, RMFs, eMass), Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), and Agile development methodologies. The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams is also essential.
The DevSecOps Engineer will collaborate with DevOps engineers to implement DevOps best practices in the federal sector. This includes creating and documenting CI/CD jobs, provisioning infrastructure using Terraform, writing Ansible playbooks, and developing supporting tools. The role also involves developing and enhancing CI/CD scripts and services for development and deployment, investigating container issues, and supporting the ATO review process.
