They should also be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment, and have strong written and verbal communication skills along with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Site Marketing Program Manager will drive the development and strategy of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing, using data-centric decision making. They will manage the marketing communications calendar, collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design and development, conduct market research, analyze campaign performance data and build a robust optimization strategy, including AB testing, assist in the planning and execution of product launches and seasonal promotions, and utilize AI-powered marketing tools to automate campaign tasks and personalize content.
