Senior Product Manager - AI Website Builder

Position Overview

Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a critical strategic initiative: transforming our website builder into a next-generation, AI-driven product. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of digital presence in real estate by leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities. The website builder, along with our content management system, is used internally to create real estate websites for clients and by savvy clients to update their own sites.

This is a rare opportunity to pioneer the future of digital presence in real estate using cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will be responsible for bringing our vision of AI-powered website creation and management to life, enabling faster, more efficient creation of stunning, high-performance websites. You will own the roadmap, strategy, and execution from the initial discovery phase (0→1), shaping how AI integrates with design systems, content generation, site architecture, and performance, while balancing the needs of existing and future customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and execution of the AI-transformation of our website builder.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-assisted website creation, balancing innovation with usability and business impact.
• Develop metrics and goals to track success across client satisfaction, site quality, site marketing performance, and internal efficiency.
• Ensure delivery of incremental, high-impact wins, avoiding long development cycles without visible output.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team, starting with a staff-level engineer and growing to a full team of 2–5 engineers, plus design resources.
• Make and implement key strategic decisions around legacy platform transformation, migration, and/or coexistence.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, data analysis, onboarding, fulfillment, and customer success teams.
• Engage directly with customers and internal users to validate hypotheses, gather insights, and test prototypes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2–3 years owning major 0→1 initiatives.
• Proven success building AI-powered products, with a deep understanding of LLMs, GenAI UX patterns, and prompt-driven workflows.
• Experience working with visual builders, CMS platforms, or design systems is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, define MVP scope, and deliver iterative outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Startup experience — you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy moving fast without a safety net.
• Track record of delivering value early and often, not just managing long-term moonshots.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator who can align stakeholders.
• Deep empathy for user workflows and pain points.
• Experience working on tools used by both internal teams and clients is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a bonus, but not required.
