Site Manager, Henrico, #821 at Gopuff

Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidate.

This is an onsite role in Henrico requiring physical presence at the facility, including ability to stand, bend, reach, walk during shifts, lift up to 49 pounds, and availability during peak hours (5pm - 3am) plus weekends/holidays as needed.

Candidates need 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment leading a blended workforce, preferably in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant. Required skills include strong written/verbal communication, conflict resolution, team development, proficiency in computer/email/Google Suite, and being a change agent in dynamic settings. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
