Responsibilities

As a Showroom Sales Supervisor, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of Tonal’s products, technology, and brand image, leading Tonal demonstrations and calibrations for clients. You will drive conversations to identify client needs, educate them on Tonal’s benefits, and deliver on sales goals. Additionally, you will provide direction and guidance to Sales Specialists, maintain client information using Salesforce, conduct outreach, maintain a clean sales floor, train team members, perform opening and closing procedures, and create a positive sales environment through teamwork and coaching.
