Furthermore, applicants should be able to manage intricate sales cycles involving named accounts, ideally organizations with over 2,000 employees, and demonstrate technical aptitude to quickly understand and confidently communicate Vanta’s software capabilities with technical stakeholders.

They will drive new business growth through strategic selling and proactive territory management, develop clear business plans, provide accurate forecasting and reporting, and communicate strategic initiatives internally and externally. The role involves understanding prospect buying processes, evolving Vanta’s sales strategy, contributing to team growth, fostering an inclusive sales culture, leveraging sales methodologies, and maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and competition.
