Responsibilities

Deliver legendary customer service to all customers
Discover and respond to customer needs
Build positive relationships with shift team
Execute store operations during scheduled shifts
Organize opening and closing duties as assigned
Utilize operational tools to achieve operational excellence
Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
Anticipate customer and store needs
Communicate information to manager for appropriate response
Assist with new partner training by providing coaching and feedback
Provide feedback to store manager on partner performance
Recognize alarms or changes in partner morale and performance
Create a positive learning environment by providing clear coaching and feedback
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently
Follow cash management and cash register policies
Ensure proper cash management practices are followed
