Requirements

  • Associate degree or above (full-time bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years or more of production management experience, with independent management experience of a complete workshop section
  • Proficient in basic computer operations such as Word, Excel, PPT (proficiency in Excel functions or programming preferred)
  • Able to read and write simple English (CET-4 level or above preferred)
  • Strong execution ability, organizational management skills, coordination and communication skills
  • Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility
  • Experience in lean production training or practice preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and implement on-site safety management
  • Arrange production according to the production plan to meet the output and production efficiency targets for each shift
  • Supervise and manage the production site to ensure operations follow SOP requirements. Handle various quality issues or deviations according to procedures, and report to the production manager when necessary
  • Overall responsibility for training management in quality, compliance, and skills for the team
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities, continuously enhancing on-site management levels in areas such as people, machines, materials, methods, and environment
  • Overall responsibility for the team's new employee interviews during onboarding and daily performance evaluations
  • Complete tasks assigned by the production manager
