Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS roles such as Sales, Presales, Strategy, Product Marketing, or Professional Services, and possess deep knowledge of Customer Success or post-sale SaaS services functions. Preferred experience includes Sales experience, particularly with direct Services Sales experience.
Responsibilities
As a Service Portfolio Marketing Manager, the individual will translate Customer Success strategy and Services product roadmaps into actionable GTM initiatives, partner with Customer Experience teams to represent the voice of the customer, provide market feedback to the SPM team, support the annual planning process with market insights, serve as a subject matter expert for the Sales teams on behalf of Customer Success, position the services portfolio as part of a Unit4 ‘total/end to end/full solution’ approach, equip frontline teams with value-based narratives and playbooks, collaborate with Product Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to ensure consistent execution, provide ongoing insights on pipeline health and adoption trends, advocate for the needs of Customer Success across internal teams, and work closely with Communities of Practice to encourage frontline teams to contribute to continuous improvement of the Customer Success offerings.
