Requirements

Experience in supporting client deliverables
Ability to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to changes in tasks and projects as required
Promote and be a driving influence of a quality culture within the business
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Sound knowledge of statistical concepts
Desirable: Python or SAS package knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of Tableau
Lateral thinking: Questioning current processes and proposing new approaches to handle varying circumstances
Information scanning: Ability to focus and identify potentially trends in panel composition reports that need to be dealt with in a proactive manner
Judgement: Utilize all data sources available to prioritize and determine appropriate course of remedial action
Numerical fluency: Ability to work/handle large amounts of numeric information in order to make appropriate judgement calls
Writing skills: Ability to convey technical concepts in a non-technical way in the written form
Speaking and verbal expression: Is able to present information in a logical and concise form

Responsibilities

Providing support to the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPI’s and commitments
Oversee the scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients
Ensuring quality assurance of product output following changes to production systems
Performing on-going analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas of improvement
Compiling specifications, documenting processes, and methodologies for internal and external reporting
Providing ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients
Providing ad-hoc statistical and technical support e.g. technical data queries from clients
Maintaining technical documentation and support to third party software suppliers
