  • Experience in supporting client deliverables

  • Information scanning: Ability to focus and identify potentially trends in panel composition reports that need to be dealt with in a proactive manner
  • Judgement: Utilize all data sources available to prioritize and determine appropriate course of remedial action
  • Numerical fluency: Ability to work/handle large amounts of numeric information in order to make appropriate judgement calls
  • Writing skills: Ability to convey technical concepts in a non-technical way in the written form
  • Speaking and verbal expression: Is able to present information in a logical and concise form

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPI’s and commitments
  • Oversee the scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients
  • Ensuring quality assurance of product output following changes to production systems
  • Performing on-going analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas of improvement
  • Compiling specifications, documenting processes, and methodologies for internal and external reporting
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients
  • Providing ad-hoc statistical and technical support e.g. technical data queries from clients
  • Maintaining technical documentation and support to third party software suppliers
