Requirements

5-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a software company
Proficiency in Mac OS X (10+)
Proficiency in Windows OS (10 & 11)
Experience with Windows Server 20xx
Knowledge of Domain services (AD, AAD, DNS, DHCP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Anti-Virus
Experience with Backup
Knowledge of Intune Imaging
Knowledge of Active Directory (account management, group management, distribution lists)
Experience with VIP support, including video conference support (Teams Rooms)
Powershell Scripting
Printer Administration
Hardware maintenance
Knowledge of VoIP/SIP communications
Self-starting and multitasking abilities
Onsite availability in Milan, Italy (full-time)

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support, including end-user support for Microsoft Office suite and other daily operational software
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems
Manage a range of staff teams supporting different company products
Approve leave requests for team members
Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members to support their success
Create user accounts for new joiners
Participate in global projects and initiatives
Report regularly to the Global Service Desk Head of Department
Identify and implement creative solutions to streamline processes globally
Assign tasks/tickets to team members
Take ownership of high-priority/escalated tickets
Keep records of equipment ownership and maintain updated documentation
Support business users, front and back office teams, and management
Collaborate with global teams to provide support to other offices while adhering to company IT procedures and policies
Contribute to establishing the Milan office from scratch
