Responsibilities

Registering, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets, and routing the tickets to relevant teams if needed
Supporting customers locally in the office and remotely
Installing and configuring software on customer equipment
Performing routine software and hardware maintenance
Working closely with the IT team to resolve any IT-related issues
Performing routine access management tasks (password resets, enabling/disabling users, etc.)
Performing some system administration tasks (specified additionally, with education provided if needed)
Providing customers with guidelines and producing user manuals
