Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3 to 6 years of general experience and 4 to 6 months of basic managerial experience coordinating the work of others. Candidates are expected to have a strong understanding of platform and client technologies.

Responsibilities

The Senior Systems Engineer will design and build applications and solutions, perform business/software analysis, and drive the development of existing and new software and hardware. They will monitor and correct software and hardware defects, design and oversee the functionality of business-critical domains, and lead fault isolation and resolution efforts. Additionally, they will research optimization techniques, provide technical database support, produce design concepts and prototypes, assign short-term work schedules, contribute to program management plans, and engage in ongoing learning and development for themselves and junior team members.
