Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a people management role and 5 years in resourcing, delivery operations, or workforce planning. Proven ability to drive operational rigor, strong experience with PSA/ERP tools (Certinia PSA preferred), exceptional stakeholder communication, conflict resolution skills, deep knowledge of resource tools and modeling frameworks, and demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence at all levels are required. Experience supporting cloud service delivery, technology consulting, or professional services organizations, strong understanding of portfolio-level planning, resourcing across multiple programs, or PMO operations, familiarity with forecasting models, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills are also necessary. Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Operations Manager will manage and develop a team of coordinators and analysts, own and optimize resource management processes, tools, and reporting, and lead fulfillment planning meetings. This role involves resolving resource conflicts, balancing capacity, monitoring utilization and performance metrics, and championing data accuracy and integrity across systems. The manager will drive process maturity, influence leaders for alignment on resource forecasting and allocation, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and PMO on staffing strategy, and ensure PSA system hygiene and process compliance.
