Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role, managing complex technical implementation projects. Strong planning, organizational, and client-facing communication skills are essential, along with a strategic mindset and expertise in monitoring and improving service delivery processes and performance metrics. Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or the Cloud field is required. Experience in a client support and advisory technical role is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Manager will own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to project delivery. They will lead client projects by communicating status, issues, and risks, and will manage key client projects through effective internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and follow-up. Responsibilities include tracking infrastructure performance and service request metrics, preparing and presenting service reports, creating relationship roadmaps, and identifying areas for process improvement within both the client and Snowflake. The role also involves contributing to sales cycles and developing quality service strategies per customer.
