Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as proficiency in healthcare IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite, alongside analytical and problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude.
As a Service Account Manager, you will manage and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and healthcare systems, serving as the primary point of contact; develop and implement account management strategies to meet client needs; monitor and analyze account performance metrics and ensure compliance; collaborate with internal teams to deliver service; identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling healthcare services; handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively, with a focus on patient care and regulatory compliance; and prepare account reviews and reports highlighting key performance indicators.
