Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Foster and grow national relationships by building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with national partners and key decision-makers; serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts
  • Provide collaborative sales leadership by working closely with the sales team to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities; develop strategies for expanding Pareto Health’s book of business across national brokerage offices, collaborating on sales presentations, and supporting the sales process
  • Oversee account strategy and retention by driving strategic initiatives for existing national accounts; identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, training of producers and account teams, and upselling based on client needs and industry trends
  • Maintain market intelligence and industry knowledge by staying ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and ensure competitiveness
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer management teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery; act as the bridge between sales and other departments
  • Provide leadership and team development by mentoring the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, and leading by example in client interactions to drive professionalism, satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Handle reporting and performance metrics by tracking and reporting on sales performance, account growth, and key business metrics; provide regular updates to the executive team and drive quarterly business reviews with national accounts leadership and Pareto’s executives
