Candidates should possess 12+ years of digital/integrated marketing experience, including experience in a fast-paced, multi-client driven organization, and a growth mindset. They should be an expert problem solver with a deep understanding of paid media, creator marketing, and the broader integrated communications model, along with an obsession in unearthing audience intelligence and crafting audience personas.
The Senior Vice President will drive digital marketing across big brands, including social media, influencer/creator marketing, paid media, and content marketing; serve as a strategic consultant to executive leadership; articulate ideas and present concepts to executives; represent the broader Zeno team; deliver clear POVs on digital marketing, performance marketing, and creator/influencer trends; mine strategic work and data for consumer insights; develop and drive client pitch proposals; and build client relationships.
