Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth DTC brand or agency, along with proven experience managing 6- or 7-figure influencer budgets and demonstrating an understanding of effective influencer conversion. Strong experience with paid and Meta spend, and leveraging influencer content in a paid capacity is required, as is a deep knowledge of creator economy trends, platforms, and tools, coupled with a creative, proactive, and collaborative work approach.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing will own and manage a portion of the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI, and will develop and manage relations with affiliate agencies and influencer agency partners. They will report on performance metrics, translate data into actionable insights, build and evolve strategies across various influencer activations, identify opportunities to scale the creator program, lead negotiations, and collaborate with growth, creative, and affiliate teams to drive full-funnel success. Additionally, they will mentor and support junior team members and agency partners.
