Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms are required, along with comfort working cross-functionally with creative, data, and product marketing teams.
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute data-driven paid social strategies aligned with growth and brand goals, manage campaign planning, creative briefing, execution, optimization, and reporting across various platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit, partner closely with creative teams and an advertising agency to test and iterate on ad messaging and visuals, monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations and scalable playbooks, own media budgets and forecast performance to ensure efficient spend and high ROI, and stay ahead of platform changes and emerging trends to inform strategy.
