We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid social efforts. You’ll be responsible for building full-funnel strategies, optimizing performance, and driving measurable business outcomes across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more.

About the Team

Our performance marketing team is a group of data-driven strategists focused on accelerating growth through experimentation and scale. We work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to run high-impact campaigns across the entire marketing funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven paid social strategies aligned with growth and brand goals.
  • Manage campaign planning, creative briefing, execution, optimization, and reporting across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, etc.).
  • Partner closely with creative teams and our advertising agency to test and iterate on ad messaging, visuals, and formats.
  • Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations and scalable playbooks.
  • Own media budgets and forecast performance, ensuring efficient spend and high ROI.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

About You

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in B2B or high-growth environments.
  • Success: Proven success driving acquisition, engagement, and retention through paid social at scale.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with a focus on performance and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, data, and product marketing teams.
  • Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a proactive, testing-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of paid social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
