Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or media advertising, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a concentration in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience managing high-performing analytics teams. Experience working in health/pharma media and measurement is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Google Data Studio. Applicants must also demonstrate outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
The Director of Client Insights & Analytics will independently manage client conversations regarding DeepIntent measurement and media differentiation, customizing data presentation to client needs. They will lead the execution of client measurement initiatives, advocate for data-driven decision-making, serve as the main point of contact for analytics discussions with advertisers and agencies, and provide recommendations for campaign measurement and optimization. Furthermore, the role involves identifying and proposing strategies to enhance client objectives, managing and developing a diverse team of direct reports, optimizing workflow, and fostering a positive resolution environment, as well as training the team on best practices in presentation and storytelling.
