Responsibilities

Own the strategy and hit revenue goals: Build and own a comprehensive, cost-effective marketing strategy for assigned vertical to hit or exceed bookings targets; build roadmap and execute across channels like go-to-market partnerships, influencer marketing, external trade publications, Facebook groups, forums, threads; attract prospects via content and webinars on relevant topics; continuously analyze performance and iterate to maximize new customer growth
Drive the partner network: Develop strategy and execute marketing campaigns with high-leverage partners to convert prospects into paying customers; tap partner network to build pipeline of influencers as evangelists for Podium
Understand the customer: Identify pain points and needs, understand business operations, determine best channels to reach them, and develop resonant messaging to establish Podium as a credible industry source; disseminate strategic insights across marketing and organization to shape go-to-market approach
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and other leaders to align vertical efforts; build strong relationships and drive alignment for customer-resonant campaigns
Content leadership: Generate vertical-specific collateral, trade show playbooks, UGC-style videos (with creative team help), and marketing campaign documents for partners, influencers, and trade shows; ensure messaging resonates with target audience
