Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 7 years of experience in vendor management, partner success, or a related field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong partner relationships. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

The Senior Partner Success Manager will interface directly with enterprise partners, managing the entire partner lifecycle from launch to closeout, including quality initiatives, operational excellence, inventory management, and key performance indicators. They will provide regular updates to partners, investigate and resolve issues through process improvements, capture and document requirements, collaborate with internal experts, streamline processes, build strong relationships, lead partner meetings, and analyze data to drive partner satisfaction and growth.
