Requirements

Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience in partner programs, strategic alliances, business development, or similar roles, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company. A strong track record of building and scaling programs from concept to global deployment is required, along with operational excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to document and execute initiatives effectively. Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across time zones and cultures is also necessary, as is experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, BI platforms, and the Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

The Director of Partner Programs will be responsible for designing scalable global partner programs aligned with UiPath’s business goals, leading the execution and scaling of initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Legal, developing partner enablement tools and documentation, defining KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor program success, delivering insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement, serving as a central conduit for communication and alignment, and taking full ownership of key initiatives while demonstrating leadership potential.
