Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years work experience; 3+ years of experience in travel analysis or corporate travel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and expense platforms
  • Understanding of travel industry trends and pricing models
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Monitor status of the Travel Agency relationships, including tracking key measures, customer experience and compliance
  • Review and monitor other travel supplier relationships (Airline, Hotel, Car Rental, etc.) to secure favorable rates and contracts
  • Work with key employees to meet departmental needs, ensure compliance, and improve their travel experience
  • Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies and industry regulations
  • Find opportunities to enhance travel booking systems and streamline workflows
  • Address travel disruptions, security concerns and emergency response planning
  • Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and industry best practices
