Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales role within the medical or healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on medical devices or therapies
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Denmark and Norway, including regular overnight stays

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide expert-level product knowledge and clinical support during product demonstrations, training sessions, and simulations, including case support (set-up) and troubleshooting
  • Support physicians with the use of simulation software to enhance procedural planning and outcomes
  • Train and educate care teams using flow models to ensure optimal product utilization and patient outcomes
  • Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiations, and post-sales support
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Regularly report sales performance, market insights, and customer interactions to the business manager
