Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate industry-leading understanding of indications, products (Gilead/competitors), clinical practice, market dynamics, and health systems
  • Achieve sales targets through selling and digital skills and factual knowledge
  • Structured approach to all future customer contacts using a Multi-/OmniChannel approach
  • Take a leading role in coordinating with cross-functional colleagues, such as Medical Scientists or Regional Market Access Managers, to support customer needs
  • Intelligent and effective use of available resources, such as marketing materials, scientific content, and strategic tactics
  • Intensive collaboration in the cross-functional, regional territory team
  • Coordination of customer interactions in the cross-functional team to advance campaigns and initiatives
  • Application of territory strategies to maximize sales results
  • Use of all applicable communication channels (virtual, hybrid, F2F) and other digital tools and technologies, internally and externally
  • Customer understanding for improved business planning
  • Building trusting relationships with HCPs and stakeholders, and comprehensive knowledge transfer on Gilead products relevant for patient prescriptions
  • Development and implementation of a strategic account plan
  • Utilization and coordination of resources through understanding of the Customer Journey
  • Collaboration with internal teams and cross-functional colleagues to further develop programs and initiatives
  • Comprehensive understanding in the use of various interaction channels in line with the OmniChannel account strategy
  • Responsible for territory sales of the Liver Disease portfolio (incl. launch product) through development and implementation of strategic account planning at local level
  • Use all available resources for analysis of territory performance and concrete action planning
  • Ensure compliance with all compliance requirements and territory budgets in all internal and external interactions and activities
  • Work with all relevant departments within Gilead to promote territory activities through expert support
  • Work towards achieving sales targets set by the organization; prioritize activities that increase market share; apply marketing and business strategies/tactics to maximize sales results
