Responsibilities

The Senior Territory Sales Executive will develop and implement business plans to achieve territory objectives, identify new towns and appoint distributors, induct and train distributors on ANI processes, and allocate ISRs based on market potential. They will facilitate hiring and training of ISRs, establish relationships with customers to drive orders and increase product availability, conduct daily sales calls, negotiate customer deliverables, ensure proper merchandising, and monitor channel performance to meet targets. Additionally, the role involves forecasting stock replenishment, building customer databases, and integrating the digital customer journey with the customer lifecycle.
