The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related technical field, and possess a minimum of four years of experience selling complex integrated systems, along with preferred knowledge of networks, EMR data transfer, hospital IT systems, interoperability, and how IT systems impact clinical workflows. A deep understanding of servers, virtual servers, HL7 and XML technologies is also beneficial, and the ability to create complex networking diagrams using Visio and other technologies is a plus.
As the Mgr, Sales Solutions Architect, you will focus on targeting standalone non-connected accounts, competitive targets, new emerging markets, and simple single healthcare facilities to more complex Healthcare Systems, covering the southeastern region and requiring up to 70% overnight travel. You will position Baxter solutions by uncovering and understanding each customer’s unique needs/challenges, collaborate with internal sales, clinical, technical, and service partners to seamlessly serve shared accounts, empower the acute and primary care sales team to deliver on top line sales in connected vitals, connected cardiopulmonary devices, and continuous monitoring, and provide an enhanced level of technical and professional expertise to selling connected solutions by qualifying business opportunities and presenting Baxter’s connected vitals and cardiology solutions to end-user customers.
