  • Brief Description: This role focuses on building trust with healthcare professionals and representing Baxter’s technology solutions, specifically Infusion Device technology and ancillary products. The Technology Solutions Executive (TSE) will manage the strategic sales cycle, identify customer needs, and cultivate relationships with key accounts to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Keen understanding of Baxter’s deep portfolio of products and belief in their value and quality.
  • Ability to identify customer gaps in IT and Informatics and ability to solve problems.
  • Experience in building business solutions consisting of services and software.
  • Ability to convey Baxter’s technology offering and product roadmap to customers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to establish trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Experience with sales demos, quoting, contracting, and leading implementation of technology projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the strategic sales cycle.
  • Works with Infusion Systems Sales counterparts and key customer partners to convey Baxter’s Infusion Device technology and ancillary products (Device connectivity/interoperability DeviceVue, Dashboards, EMR integration, alarms routing, Next Generation Platform etc.).
  • Identifies customer gaps in IT and Informatics and develops solutions to address them.
  • Builds a business solution consisting of services and software that uniquely addresses the customer’s needs.
  • Shares product roadmap with existing and new customers.
  • Performs sales demos, provides quotes, and manages contracting.
  • Leads implementation of technology projects.
  • Cultivates relationships with management of new and prospective accounts, building credibility and trust.
  • Grows pipeline for technology opportunities in collaboration with IS Sales Team.
  • Handles customer issues and oversees partner concerns and critical deliverables.
  • Minimizes customer attrition through proactive engagement.
