Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with at least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry with experience selling connected medical equipment. Essential skills include outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.
The Account Executive will call on acute care customers such as hospitals and IDNs within their assigned territory, partner with various support teams to offer comprehensive solutions, sell the complete Welch Allyn product line, execute the full sales cycle, develop customer-driven solutions, utilize data for opportunity identification, implement consultative selling techniques, and leverage marketing communications to drive promotional and trade show activity.
