Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Consultant will lead an onsite team for a federal customer, focusing on hardware repair and case management. Key duties include performing hands-on hardware troubleshooting and replacement for HPE Proliant Servers and high-performance storage systems. The role involves leading customer meetings, managing the case lifecycle to ensure timely resolution within SLA timelines, and accurately tracking parts and inventory. Additionally, the consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor team members, share best practices, report site issues to management, and act as an escalation point for operational and customer matters.
