Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Sourcer will partner with the Sr. Technical Recruiter to source candidates in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and 3D Engineering. Responsibilities include developing market maps for global hiring expansion, managing the volume of qualified candidates at the top of the funnel, and learning to identify competitive candidate profiles. The role involves using a data-centric approach to sourcing, building scalable processes, and coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers for candidate profile calibration and understanding team needs. Additionally, the sourcer will work with the coordination team to move candidates through the interview process, develop creative sourcing strategies for various roles, and provide a strategic approach to sourcing diverse talent.
