Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience working in-house for an enterprise software product company, with proven experience in recruiting technical engineering roles within APAC (India, Australia, and Singapore) and EMEA (UK, Portugal, and Sweden). They should have a track record of coaching hiring managers and interviewing team members, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Furthermore, the candidate should be comfortable building and sourcing pipelines from LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Naukri, and nurturing talent while adhering to service level agreements for candidate applications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment from initial intake meetings through job offers, working alongside engineering teams hiring Software Engineers, DevOps, AI, ML, Data Scientists, and Systems & Performance Engineers at all levels. They will meet with hiring managers weekly to provide pipeline updates, understand the business needs, identify and remove roadblocks to hiring top talent, and possess deep working knowledge of various technical skills, sourcing resumes from diverse sources like LinkedIn and Naukri. Additionally, the recruiter will negotiate salary and offer packages according to company benchmarks, follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, effectively interact with the team and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience, maintain attention to detail and analytics, and be able to work non-standard hours due to the global team's time zone differences.
