Requirements
- 5+ years of proven hands-on experience leading complex, cross-organizational R&D projects in dynamic environments
- A strong "can-do" mindset and the demonstrated ability to drive projects, programs, and portfolios to successful completion in a fast-paced setting
- Experience simultaneously managing over 10 projects across multiple, cross-functional teams
- Exceptional ability to facilitate and organize collaborative projects across diverse teams
- Deep understanding of complex systems, including technical dependencies, implications, and requirements
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and understanding stakeholder needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear language
Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale, cross-organizational projects from inception to completion, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders
- Oversee the development and execution of project plans, prioritizing consistent and timely delivery of business value
- Partner with senior leadership and various internal/external stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals
- Implement, monitor, and continuously refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and ensure objective attainment
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, particularly those affecting production stability, to safeguard successful delivery and ensure uninterrupted service
- Maintain clear, concise, and transparent communication across all levels, from technical teams to executives and external partners, ensuring complete alignment
- Facilitate effective resolution of project conflicts and issues, safeguarding project timelines and outcomes
- Champion and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices and methodologies within the organization
- Define and implement R&D KPIs and metrics to support continuous improvement in team productivity and velocity, ensuring all plans are delivered on time with high quality
