Candidates should have 7+ years of demonstrated industry experience leading medium to large complex engineering projects in current cloud technologies. A BS, MS, or PhD degree in Computer Science is required, along with strong program management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation, and organizational skills.
The Senior Technical Program Manager will define and deliver important programs with broad organizational, business, and technical impact. They will provide cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Product Management, and facilitate inter/intra team communications to achieve outstanding program outcomes. This role involves working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to design, build, and deliver the next generation of Snowflake services and apps, while also educating and mentoring the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices.
