  • Lead cross-functional programs that strengthen system reliability, scalability, and production readiness

  • Determine and implement technical project management best practices
  • Streamline processes, simplify and accelerate execution, manage objectives and key results, release on time, and bring tooling efficiencies
  • Own and continuously improve the efficiency and consistency of technical delivery
  • Collaborate to identify systemic inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions
  • Drive company-wide planning, cross team alignment, and delivery health reporting
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leadership to define and deliver strategic technical programs
  • Ensure visibility and accountability by communicating goals, milestones, timelines, and metrics to executives and stakeholders
