Requirements

  • BS/MS (or equivalent experience) in engineering
  • 8+ years proven experience in both software and hardware platforms
  • Self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude in a multifaceted environment
  • Experience working in a software development environment
  • Experience with product requirements management tools (e.g. JAMA)
  • Track record of leading the launch of technically complex products to customers
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations and with customers
  • Ways to stand out
  • Background in autonomous vehicles, Driver Assist technology, and/or machine learning
  • Exposure developing and/or leading development of ADAS functions/products
  • Experience with customer management & interaction

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagements, understanding their needs, and synthesizing requirements to inform product architecture and features
  • Lead negotiations with customers to define and prioritize the product feature roadmap
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our AV product roadmap, including features, timelines, and capabilities, and document detailed product requirements
  • Lead end-to-end customer workshops for next-generation product discussions
  • Ensure all product elements—including use case definitions, system composition, and safety—are aligned with product goals
  • Proactively identify and address gaps in the product or development process
  • Partner with leaders across product, hardware, software, safety, integration, and operations to support successful product launches
  • Drive benchmarking state-of-the-art models on NVIDIA embedded platforms (Orin, Thor, and Thor Next)
  • Support pre-sales discussions to ensure alignment across all customers
  • Maintain marketing collateral for all products assigned
  • Own and operate customer demos of NVIDIA AV products
