Requirements

Strong experience with React, NextJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind
Proficiency in determining the right rendering strategies for Next.JS
Solid grasp of web performance optimization (caching, asset bundling, etc.)
Experienced with workflows that span brand new, existing, and returning customers
Must be able to work in a collaborative team-based environment
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs
Experience with Docker, containerization, and CICD pipelines for NextJS applications
Understanding of accessibility standards

Experience with A/B testing frameworks

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain systems using React, NextJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
Integrate with content management systems, e-commerce platforms, in-house systems, and third-party vendors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Optimize web applications for performance including rendering strategies, caching, parallel processing, and asset management
Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards to deliver inclusive user experiences
Be part of an on-call rotation to handle critical system issues
