Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with advanced degrees being a plus. A minimum of 8 years of experience is required in solution consulting, business analysis, or a related client-facing role, along with experience in creating or leading consulting practices. Knowledge of software development, integration technologies, system architecture, SaaS, cloud, and web application design is essential, as is experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with credit services, banking/financial services, insurance, decision analytics, or consumer services is also necessary. Occasional travel of up to 10% is expected.
The Senior Technical Account Manager will design and architect top-tier solutions that align with client goals and industry standards, ensuring functionality and scalability. They will provide expert advice on system integrations to ensure seamless interoperability with existing client systems. Responsibilities include conducting client interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, engineering) and external client/professional services teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, the Senior Technical Account Manager will act as a key client liaison throughout the project lifecycle and stay updated on industry trends to advise clients on solution utilization and competitive positioning.
