Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Partner will drive the internal end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure a high-quality pipeline and timely delivery of hires, maintain a world-class candidate experience, build out teams in a variety of business units, use a data-driven approach to hiring and educate hiring managers on best practices, and show them under the hood while bringing them along on the hiring journey.
