Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in systems administration or a related field, deep expertise in Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management administration, a strong understanding of ITIL best practices and process design principles, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Jira certifications are preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Systems Administrator Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining a scalable Jira data model, establishing governance structures and processes, creating standard workflow designs and automations, managing users and permissions, managing Jira plugins, automating IT service desk processes, monitoring and troubleshooting Jira performance issues, performing capacity planning and resource allocation, serving as a subject matter expert, creating training materials and documentation, assisting with user adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and clearly communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
